Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided
KK Productions Limited agrees to provide photography and videography services to “Client” as outlined in the provided quote and/or invoice. The specific services, including dates, times, and location will be detailed in the quote or invoice.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. The Client agrees to pay KK Productions in accordance with the terms specified in the provided quote or invoice. 2.2. A deposit of 30% is due upon acceptance of this quote or invoice and is required to secure the booking. 2.3. The remaining balance is due on 1 days prior to the scheduled photography and videography services. 2.4. KK Productions reserves the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is received.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1. If the Client cancels the photography and videography services, the deposit is non-refundable, but you can use for future event mutually agreed by both parties.
3.2. If the Client wishes to reschedule the services, KK Productions will make every effort to accommodate the new date and time, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
4. Image and Video Editing
4.1. KK Productions will provide editing and retouching of photographs and videos as part of the services. 4.2. Additional editing requests may be subject to additional fees, as outlined in the quote or invoice.
5. Delivery of Media
5.1. KK Productions will deliver the final photographs and videos within 4-5 weeks of the event. In case, it is taking longer due to the busy season, we will keep you informed.
6. Creative Control
6.1. KK Productions retains creative control over the photography and videography process, including but not limited to the editing style, and artistic direction.
7. Liability and Indemnification
7.1. KK Productions will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the services provided. By accepting this quote or invoice, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions for Photography and Videography Services.
